Shipping policy
SHIPPING ORDERS
Ombré Yoga offers a flat standard shipping rate of $6.95 for U.S. orders under $75. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $75 or more.
Ombré Yoga ships all products to 50 states. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is typically within 5–8 business days of placing your order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details.
Delivery times are approximate; Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days.
If you would like to make a change or cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is placed, but we will try our best to accommodate you.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed.
PREORDERS AND BACKORDERS
Preorder and backordered items may have longer processing and shipping times than in-stock products. Estimated availability or shipping dates will be provided on the applicable product page whenever possible. These dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, transportation, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If we are unable to ship your order within the expected timeframe, we will contact you with updated information and, where required, the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected item(s) for a refund.
CUSTOM, ENGRAVED, AND WHOLESALE ORDERS
Custom, personalized, engraved, and wholesale orders may require additional production and processing time. Estimated timelines will be communicated when your order or quote is confirmed. Production and delivery estimates may vary depending on order quantity, customization requirements, and product availability.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the requested change, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be updated once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order. If the address error was caused by Ombré Yoga, we will correct the issue at no additional cost to you.
LOST, MISSING, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Damaged orders: Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your package or item arrives damaged, contact us at info@ombreyoga.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right. Please retain the product and original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Missing packages: If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please confirm the shipping address on your order, check around the delivery location and with other members of your household or building, and contact the carrier when appropriate. If the package still cannot be located, contact us so we can review the shipment with you.
Packages lost in transit: If your tracking has stopped updating for an extended period or the carrier indicates that your package may be lost, please contact us at info@ombreyoga.com. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.
