Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to feel good about your Ombré Yoga purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in good condition, with its original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase may be required.

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Page and follow the instructions provided. Returns sent to us without first initiating a return may not be accepted.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS, AND INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Ombré Yoga will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Custom, engraved, personalized, or otherwise made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us if you have questions about the eligibility of a particular item.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect.

EXCHANGES

Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Exchange availability depends on current inventory. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order when the desired item becomes available.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will inspect and process it within up to 10 business days. We will notify you when your return has been reviewed and whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
